About the Calendar

We’re excited to announce that our 2027 Kaikōura Dark Sky Calendar is now available.

Featuring stunning night sky photography captured at iconic locations and local businesses throughout Kaikōura, this calendar celebrates the landscapes, people and places that help make our district one of the world’s most remarkable night sky destinations.

Each month showcases a different location while highlighting the businesses and organisations that helped make this calendar possible.

This project has been proudly supported by 13 local sponsors, with all profits helping support the ongoing work of the Kaikōura Dark Sky Trust to protect and promote New Zealand’s largest International Dark Sky Sanctuary.

Price: $28.00 per calendar (GST inclusive)
Size: 462mm x 259mm, wire bound with hanging loop.
