Rikki Solomon, Academic & Practioner of Maōri Astronomy, and guest artists James Webster & Marcus Winters are coming to Kaikōura to lead the Matariki celebration which will be followed by a free community breakfast.
Event hosted by Hapuku School and Kaikoura District Council. The Kaikoura Dark Sky Trust will be supporting the event with a telescope and screen to help you explore the night sky.
Transport will be running between West End carpark and Fyffe House between 5am and 5:30am to minimise traffic and parking congestion on Avoca Street (no booking required).
